Jesse Flaherty
 University of Richmond Campus Director

I grew up in Oceanport, New Jersey, with two FCA staff parents and four older siblings. I played football at Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, where I graduated in 2018. I started on full-time staff with FCA in Fairfax, VA in 2019, got married to my bride Samantha in 2020, had our son Campbell in 2023, and our daughter Maisie in 2024.
 
I am deeply passionate about the mission of FCA, to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. As an FCA Staff kid, camper, huddle leader, and now 5 years as full-time staff, I have truly tasted and seen the goodness of God through this ministry. God has specifically used FCA to change my heart, deepen my faith, and give me a platform to lead others into a relationship with the hope of the world, Jesus Christ.
 
My prayer for the University of Richmond is for the athletes and coaches to be transformed by Jesus, make disciples, live in Biblical community, and glorify God in all things.
